Corporate signatories must be legally empowered and disclose all beneficial owners and authorized persons.
The brokerage account is only for buying and selling securities through CBE Capital and must be funded before an order is placed.

Executed orders are binding and execution at a quoted price is not guaranteed; limit orders may be used to control execution price.

Non-business-day deposits are credited on the next business day.
Submitted wire transfers cannot be changed or cancelled; statement errors or unauthorized transfers must be reported within 10 calendar days.
Interest, dividends and other proceeds are credited only after receipt from the issuer; the client is responsible for taxes and corporate-action elections.
Trade-confirmation or statement discrepancies must be reported within 10 days or are deemed correct.
Telephone conversations may be recorded and retained for at least 10 years.

Disputes first go to mediation, then binding arbitration under Ethiopian law; DMA disputes refer to the Ethiopian Arbitration and Conciliation Centre unless otherwise agreed.

CBE Capital excludes indirect or consequential loss from technical failures, maintenance, market disruption and events beyond its control, but remains liable for fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Data is used for identity verification, KYC/AML, execution, account maintenance, legal obligations, functionality and security; it may be shared with regulators or authorized entities.
Clients must secure credentials and notify material changes; electronic communications to registered contacts are treated as delivered.
The provider states it will make reasonable efforts to answer service or technical inquiries within 48 business hours.
